On Monday, November 10, 2025 Hawaiʻi P-20 Partnerships for Education, the Executive Office on Early Learning, partners, and stakeholders gathered at Koʻolau Ballrooms and Conference Center in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu to celebrate the culmination of the 3-year federal Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five (PDG B-5).
The PDG B-5 Symposium highlighted the initiatives, accomplishments, and lessons learned from individuals and partnering entities of Hawaiʻi's PDG B-5 Renewal Grant (2022-2025). This convening provided a crucial platform to evaluate the impact of the projects and discuss next steps for Hawaiʻi's early childhood mixed delivery system.

The Our Keiki, Our ʻOhana, Our Future: Sustaining Momentum in Early Learning Symposium booklet provides a summary of projects and highlights the progress made across Hawaiʻi's early childhood care and education sector over the past 3 years that were fully or partially funded by the 2022-2025 PDG B-5 Renewal Grant.
